295 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I May 27, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on May 27, 1954. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Philip Silva - to erect a two -car garage of cement block construc- <br />tion atern . ocated within two feet of the house. <br />John C. Nygard - to erect a single family dwelling at 59 Outlook <br />Dr. with side yards o 10 ft. instead of the 12 ft. required under the <br />Zoning By-law. <br />Jules H. Demyttenaere - to maintain dwelling at 3 Constitution Rd. <br />as it is nowoca a on a ot. <br />Frederick J. Hopwood - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot G, <br />61 Williams Rd. whIFR7w=not have the required area. <br />' <br />Lexington Sand and Gravel - to remove sand and gravel from portions of its parcel- of land which is Sounded by Bedford St., Hinchey Rd., Westview <br />St. and by land of Charles A. Linehan and by lands of other owners, all as <br />shown on plot plan submitted. <br />Charles A. Linehan - to remove loam, sand and gravel from the ridge <br />now existing along Me -common boundary between his parcel of land situated <br />on Westview St. and the adjoining land of the Lexington Sand and Gravel Co. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Philip Silva - Granted <br />John C.
