2911, BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS I APRIL 29, 1954 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on April 29, 1954. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following peti- tions: Maria V. Chiesa - to subdivide parcel of land at 42 Adams St. in accordance w3 ep of plan submitted. Richard C. Boyer - to erect a building of masonry construction for the purpose o ma g ornamental ironwork at 334 Woburn St. K. Mahtesian - to maintain the existing sign on the front of the build- ing at 315 Woburn SE. Arlmont Laundry Inc. - to maintain the existing sign on the roof at the fron o e u g at 319 Woburn St. A. Sorenson - to erect a single family dwelling located at 7-A Re- vere 5t. Walter LaDow - to maintain the dwelling at 65 Williams Rd. with a side yard o 617". Alan C. Wagner - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 45, 46, 47, and V5 in Block , numbered 24 Blake Rd., which does not have the re- quired frontage. Anthony R.
