271 <br />I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 14, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on January 14, 1954. Chairman <br />Locke, Messrs. Ballard, Ripley, Lynah and Redman were present. The <br />Clerk was also present. <br />At $:00 p.m. hearing was declared upon upon the following pe- <br />titions: <br />Morris Berman - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 39, <br />Hibbert St.,, using fhe existing foundation. Plot plan submitted showed <br />that the corner of the building nearest Hibbert St. would be set back 7'4" <br />and 19.05 from Woodbury St. <br />Philip A. D'Errico - to erect a service building and greenhouse at <br />213 Camber -Concord Higtway. <br />Paul L. Tocci - to subdivide Lot #196 on Grassland and Payson Sts. <br />into two -Tots. <br />Angelo Martinelli - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot F, #59 <br />WilliamsRd., substantially in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Frank Silva - to erect a single family dwelling at #11 Ledgelawn Ave. <br />situated 19 ft. om the street and one foot from the easement across the <br />back of his lot. <br />P. A. DelVecchio - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 133, 17 <br />Eldred St. which ecause of the location of an outside chimney will have a <br />side yard of 8'3". <br />George H. Parker, Jr. - to maintain dwelling at 58 Cliffe Ave. as <br />presently ocate . <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Morris Berman - Granted <br />Philip A.
