BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />December 10, 196,9 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on December 10, 1965. <br />At 8"-00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Carmela Siano - to erect a single car garage at #320 Waltham <br />St. <br />Sidney M. Simons - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 25 <br />and 26, numbered rtlett Ave. <br />Hugh A. Stubbins, Jr. - to maintain an architect's professional <br />offuce ate -103 P.Leasant St. <br />Wilda M. Ward_ - to continue the operation of a Nursery Group at <br />#233 East. <br />Charles H. Mur-rraay - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot <br />' 137 Donald St. T. Welsh - to erect a single car garage at #39 Preston Rd. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Carmela Siano - Denied <br />Sidney M. Simons - Denied <br />Hugh A. Stubbins, Jr. - Granted - only so long as Mr. Stubbins <br />owns and occupies the dwelling. <br />Wilda M. Ward - Granted subject to the following conditions: <br />1) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at <br />all times; 2) that not more than 10 children shall be accommodated <br />at one time; 3) that this Permit shall expire Oct. 25, 19%. <br />Charles H.
