Stone, Clerk <br />C <br />G 63 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />November 5, 1953 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on November 5, 1953. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Simeone G. Demone - to maintain the existing dwelling at #16 <br />Benjamin Road as now ocated on the lot. <br />Harold M. White - to erect a garage at the rear of his property <br />7Y from the side Me and 71A' from the rear lot line, at 8 Nichols Rd. <br />Camillo Appolionio - to erect a greenhouse 40' x 260' on Lot 45 <br />locate& at75 Kendall Rd. <br />Harry W. Benn - to erect an addition to the existing dwelling <br />at 30unroe Rd. <br />Henry T. Wolosinski - to build an addition attached to the exist- <br />ing dweiling, consisting of one room, bath and temporary kitchenette <br />facilities at #8 Patterson Rd. <br />' <br />Murray T. Potter - to redivide the existing lots substantially in <br />accordance with e plot plan submitted, said lots being located on <br />Bridge St. and Marrett Rd. and marked C. D, E and F. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Simeone G. Demone - Granted <br />Harold M.
