247 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 20, 1953 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals waw held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on August 20, 1953. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />Petitions: <br />James J. Dolan - to maintain the dwelling and garage as present- <br />ly lova ad on the lot at 17 Hagâ–șilton rd. <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard - to operate a nursery school 5 days a <br />week for children a o 5 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 21 Butler <br />Ave., Lexington. <br />Raymond and Emilio DeSimone - to continue the use of the tool <br />shed on land locatedon private r ght of way off Webb St. <br />Alfred Buss, - to erect a single car garage and screened -in <br />porch a Lowe St. <br />Mary E. Dace - to operate a kindergarten for children or pre- <br />school age at 5 Bedford St. subject to the following conditions: 1, <br />that not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one time; <br />' <br />2. that this Permit shall expire August 20, 1954. <br />Edwin M. Poor - to erect a garage and breezeway, using the <br />foundatTc_n_ w a was constructed in 1947.00 Ivan St.) <br />Following the hearings an Executive Sesainn was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />James J. Dolan - granted <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard -'subject to the following conditions: 1. <br />that not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one time; <br />2. that one assistant shall be employed; 3. that any outside play <br />area mast be fenced in with a suitable fence; 4. that no portion of <br />the basement shall be used by the children attending the school; 5. <br />that the children shall be property supervised at all times; 6. that <br />the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at all tiros; <br />7. that the Permit shall expire August 20, 1954. <br />Raymond and Emilio DeSimone - granted subject to the following <br />conditions: 1. that the building shall not be used for residential <br />purposes; 2. the use of the building shall extend only until August <br />w, 1954. <br />Alfred Buss. - granted <br />Mary E.
