BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 21, 1953 <br />' A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on May 21, 1953. Messrs. Lynah, <br />Ballard, Redman and Ripley were present. The clerk was also present. <br />Mr. Lynah took the Chair. <br />At 8:35 hearings were declared open on the following petitions <br />Mary E. Dacey - to operate a summer play group for not more <br />than 1 c ren a ween the ages of 4 and 6 years on the premises. <br />HenninjW. Swenscn - to convert a single family dwelling <br />a <br />located t ZI rre . into a three-family dwelling. <br />Arnold W. Williams - to subdivide and reduce the lot at 9 <br />Balfour S. y convey g to the abutting owner, John R. Bauer, a <br />strip of land having about six feet on Balfour St. and a depth of <br />approximately GL ft., for the purpose of adjusting a boundary ques- <br />tion. <br />Harlan P. Newton - to build an additional room and garage at 12 <br />Woodlamd Rd. <br />Alfred P. Williams - to erect a single family dwelling at 3 <br />I <br />Donald <br />Daniel A. Jones - to erect a two -car garage at 30 Colony Rd. <br />Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Mary E. Dacey - granted subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the hours of this play group would be between 9 and 12 a.m. <br />five days a week for the period commencing the latter part of June to <br />the end of August; 2. That this Permit will expire one year from date; <br />3. That the play group will at all times be confined to the petitioner's <br />property and will be properly supervised; y. That the grounds of the <br />petitioner will at all times be kept in a neat and orderly condition. <br />Premises located at 545 Bedford st. <br />Henning W. Swenson - denied <br />Arnold W.
