BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' February 6, 1953 <br />etropolitan Equipment & Service Co. - to operate the business of a <br />General Contractor on the premises coca ed at 169-173 Bedford St., Lexing- <br />ton. <br />George L. Barnes - to subdivide 2318 Mass. Ave., Lexington, in accord- <br />ance with lot plan submitted. <br />Wilda M. Ward - to continue the operation of the Nursery School at <br />233 East St. <br />Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the <br />following decisions were made: <br />Metropolitan Equipment & Service Co. - granted, subject to the follow- <br />ing conditions: 1. That repairing of the equipment shall be performed with <br />a minimum of noise and so as not to create a nuisance in the neighborhood; <br />2. That no equipment shall be stored outside the building and that such <br />forms and material incident to the operation of the business shall be stored <br />only at the rear of the building; 3.
