BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />January 15, 1953 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on the following <br />applications, on January 15, 1953: <br />Richard S. Townsend - erect a single family dwelling and future <br />extension a overs . <br />Ernest DeVincent - to continue operation of roadside stand located <br />at the corner of Pasant St. and Concord Turnpike, for one year from <br />November 29, 1952. <br />Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which <br />the following decision were reached <br />Richard S. Townsend - granted <br />Ernest DeVincent - granted with the following conditions: the stand <br />shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition and only the products of tae <br />land of the owner that is within the Town of Lexington shall be sold. <br />Muriel C.
