205 <br />I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 9, 1953 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on January 9, <br />1953 on the following petitions: <br />Grace Kirkland - to subdivide the parcel of land known as 33 Reed <br />St and erect a single family dwelling on said lots. <br />Theodore E. Andrews - to subdivide Lot #1, 334 Lincoln St. into two <br />lots, numbered an -B, and to convert the shed located on Lot 1-B <br />into a single family dwelling. <br />Dr.Darl R. Benton - Eliminate wire lath and plaster in basement of <br />building located at 3115 Mass. Ave. <br />Dr. R. Willard Hunt - to maintain an office for the practice of <br />Osteopat a e c e at 34 Hancock St. and to erect a small sign on <br />the premises. <br />Dr. Charles T. Mooney - to maintain a physician's office at 1145 <br />Massachusetts Ave. and to erect the usual small sign on the premises. <br />' Francis Harrington - to erect a single family dwelling at 18 Liberty <br />Ave. wifg—a westerly side yard of approximately 9'3"• <br />Nishan Haroian - to operate a roadside stand at 353 Concord Ave. <br />Mass. Institute of Technology - to construct a temporary Tower at <br />238 Wood St. in accordance with submitted drawings. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held with the <br />following decisions reached: <br />Grace Kirkland denied <br />Theodore E. Andrews - granted <br />Dr. Carl R. Benton - denied <br />Dr. R. Willard Hunt - granted <br />Dr. Charles T. Mooney - granted <br />Francis Harrington - granted <br />Nishan Haroian - granted with the following conditions: 1. That only <br />products of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the Town of <br />Lexington shall be sold; 2. That the cars of customers shall not be <br />parked on the highway; 3.
