203 <br />BOARD OF APPEkJ,pS HEARINGS <br />December 5, 1952 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on December 5, <br />1952 on the following petitions: <br />Re -Lex Realty Inc. - to use the premises in the Aldrich Building, <br />1734 Mass. Ave., or t e baking and selling of bakery goods, ice cream <br />and milk. <br />Lexington Construction Co. - to install gypsum board on cellar ceil- <br />ings and garages in place ogre lath and plaster in buildings located at <br />Patterson Rd., Wildwood Rd. and Wood St. <br />Arthur and Mae Ritchie - to subdivide parcel of land located at 37 <br />Wachusett Dr. in acco ance with plan submitted. <br />V� <br />Donald K. Irwin - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot G, Nowers <br />Wallace Cupp - to erect a single family dwelling at 141 Woburn St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Re -Lex Realty Inc. - granted <br />Lexington Construction Co. - denied <br />Arthur & Mae Ritchie - granted <br />Donald K. Irwin - granted <br />Wallace Cupp - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />
