I <br />November 14,1952 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building, Lexington, on November 14, 1952. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Ripley, Lynah, Redman and Ballard were present. The clerk was <br />also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were opened on the following petitions: <br />R. H. Hersom - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 36 and 37 <br />in Block 20 at 64 Bertwell Rd. <br />Charles M. Blake - to erect a single family dwelling and 2 -car <br />garage on Lot B-1,7rHeriam. St. <br />C. Courteney Comeau - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot }j, <br />53 Wil lams Road. <br />C. Courteney Comeau - to erect a single-family dwelling on Lot E, <br />55 Wil ms Rd. <br />Walter LaDow - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot H, Williams <br />Rd. <br />Albert F. Douglass - to rent the building located at the rear of <br />5 Muzzey ST-. for the purpose of preparing fluids for hospital uses for one <br />year from October 18, 1952, with the condition that the premises shall be <br />kept in a neat and orderly condition and that there shall be no noise or <br />obnoxious odors. <br />Dennis J. Kelly - to convert a two family dwelling at 20 Muzzey St. <br />into a three farm y dwelling. <br />At the close of the hearings the following decisions were reached <br />in Executive Session: <br />R. H. Hersom - granted <br />Charles M. Blake - granted <br />C. Courteney Comeau - granted <br />C. Courteney Comeau - granted <br />Albert F. Douglass - granted <br />Dennis J.
