BOARD OF APPEALS HEADINGS <br />October 23, 1952 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on October 23, <br />1952 on the following petitions: <br />Lee W.Simonds - to erect a second class building at 417 Waltham <br />St. fore purpose of maintaining an Automobile Salesroom and Service <br />Department, and for selling and servicing new and used automobiles; sell- <br />ing accessories, parts, tires and tubes. <br />William H. Ballard - to erect a single car garage attached to exist- <br />ing duelling at 7 Hast gs Rd. <br />Carlson Construction Corp. - to erect a building at 903 Waltham St. <br />to be used as a contractor's office and storage building. <br />Wilson Farm - to continue the operation of the roadside stand adja- <br />cent to asant St. <br />Johnson S. Armstrong - to erect a single family dwelling on a parcel <br />of land own as Lo B, ocated at the rear of 152 Woburn St. <br />' Frederic S. Johnson - to erect a building of second class construc- <br />tion at 33 Bedfo—MM7. 71th an open area of 10,000 sq.ft. without a fire <br />wall. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held and the <br />following decisions reached: <br />Lee W. Simonds - denied <br />William. H. Ballard - granted <br />Carlson Construction Corp - denied <br />Wilson Farm - granted with the following conditions: 1. The premises <br />shall at all times be kept in a neat and orderly condition; 2. No cars <br />shall be allowed to park on Pleasant St.; 3. No flood lights shall be <br />installed; 4. That only vegetables, fruits and poultry products grown on <br />the land of the petitioner that is within the Town shall be sold; 5. This <br />Permit shall expire one year from date. <br />Johnson S. Armstrong - granted with the following conditions: that <br />a survey of the lot line on the westerly side of the prop rty marked Lot A <br />be made, so that the driveway to Lot B shall be entirely upon the land of <br />the owner and that the side yard and rear yard requirements of the Lexington <br />Zoning By -Law be observed. <br />Muriel C.
