BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />1 September 25, 1952 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on September 25, <br />1952 om the following petitions: <br />Harold I. Mitchell - to erect a vestibule in front of the house at <br />19 Woodcliffer. <br />James W. Wilson - to erect a garage and breezeway attached to exist- <br />ing house -a Revere St. <br />Roland H. Hersom - To erect a single family dwelling on Lots #407 <br />and 406 Carvi a ve. <br />William P. Rice - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots no. <br />333 34, and 35 .n B ock 20 Bertwell Rd., to be set back 25 feet from Bert - <br />well Rd. with side yards and rear yard not less than those required by the <br />Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Nancy H. Martin - to operate a play group at 1 Moon Hill Road, for <br />not more M -F -IT c i dren between the ages of 2 and 4 years, 3 days a <br />week, from 9:30 a.m. to ll:30 a.m.. , <br />' At the close of the hearings the Board met in Executive Session and <br />the following decisions were made: <br />Harold I. Mitchell - granted <br />James W. Wilson - granted <br />Roland H. Hersom - granted <br />William P. Rice - granted <br />Nancy H. Martin - granted with the following provisions: 1. That a <br />door closer be attached to the door to the heater room, so that the door <br />would be closed at all times that the play group was present; 2. That the <br />exterior door on to the terrace open outward; 3. That an enclosed play <br />yard outside the building shall be provided for the use of the children; <br />4. That the use shall cease at the close of the public school year in June <br />1953; 5• That the children be adequately supervised at all times. <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />1 <br />
