BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 11, 1952 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on September 11 <br />1952 on the following petitions: <br />Robert L. Henderson - to erect a two -car garage attached to the <br />existing building at 14 Uolony Rd. <br />Kelchester Realty Trust and Atlantic Refinin Co. - to use the <br />premises and erect a building and pumps in accor ee with the plot plan <br />submitted, located at the northerly corner of the intersection of Lowell <br />and Woburn Sts. for the purpose of storing and selling petroleum products <br />nad inflammable fluids, lubrication, washing and tuning of motor vehicles, <br />selling and installing of tires, batteries and other automobile accessor- <br />ies usually sold at a filling station. <br />Wilbert E. Stevenson - to erect a single family dwelling and garage <br />on Lot 11 CrescentRoadand in place of foundation walls supporting the <br />bedroom at the rear, that there be provided concrete -filled iron columns <br />on concrete piers and footings, of a size acceptable to the Building In- <br />spector, and that girders of a size satisfactory to the Building Inspector, <br />be provided at the floor level. <br />R. H. Hersom - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 405 and <br />406 Oak. <br />Rita E. Hunt - to erect a single familyrdwelling on Lot 47, 54 Farm - <br />crest avenue In accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />At the close of the hearings the Board met in Executive Session dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Robert L. Henderson - granted <br />Kelchester Realty Trust and Atlantic Refining Co. - granted subject <br />to the following conditions: 1. This Permit is granted subject to other <br />necessary permits required by the Town of Lexington; 2. That not more than <br />tato signs shall be maintained; 3. That there shall be no general flood <br />lighting of the premises, and that any spotlights used shall be so lo- <br />cated as not to provide illumination objectionable to the neighborhood; <br />4. That no body work or heavy repairing work on automobiles shall be per- <br />formed, and that there shall be no wrecking truck service, or storage of <br />cars on the premises other than the service truck to be used in the busi- <br />ness; 5. That no refuse of any kind shall be allowed to accumulate on the <br />premises, which shall at all times be kept in a neat and orderly condition. <br />R. H. Hersom - granted <br />Rita E.
