BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />August 28, 1952 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on August 28, <br />1952 on the following petitions: <br />John A. Marsh - to erect a two -car garage at 16 Williams Road,pro- <br />vided that a side yard of not less than 7' between the garage and Harding <br />Rd. be maintained. <br />Margaret R. Porter - to operate a nursery school in the basement of <br />the residence at23 armcrest Ave. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of <br />each week during the normal school year, from 9 a.m. to noon, for not <br />more than 8 children aged 3 and u years. <br />John Anderson - to erect a,single family dwelling on Lot B, 220 <br />Massachusetts Ave. - <br />At the close of the hearings the Board met in Executive Session dur <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />John A.
