BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />August 14, 1952 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on August 14, <br />1952 on the following petitions: <br />Raymond and Emilio DeSimone - to erect a tool shed, not larger than <br />15 ft. by 15 ft., with a setback of not less than 40 feet from existing <br />rights of way, and provided that other side and rear yard requirements of <br />the Lexington Zoning By -Law are complied with. Also subject to the fut- <br />ther condition that the building shall not be used for residential pur- <br />poses, andthat permission to use the building shall extend only until <br />August 14, 1953. Said tool shed to be located on Lot B-1 on private right <br />of way, off Webb Street. <br />Frederic K. Johnson - to erect a building of second class construc- <br />tion, located on Be o St. on property adjacent to the existing garage <br />owned by Frederic K. Johnson, in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Maxine F. Warnecke - to erect a two -car garage at 36 Bertwell Rd. <br />Leeland McConchie - to erect and occupy a building, as a contractor <br />at 6 CameTa ace, subject to the condition that only such work as will <br />use hand tools, and small electrically operated hand tools, may be per- <br />formed on the premises. <br />At .the close of the hearings the Board held an Executive Session <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Raymond and Emilio DeSimone - granted <br />Frederic K. Johnson - granted <br />Maxine F. Warnecke - granted <br />Leeland McConchie - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />1 <br />IST <br />
