r <br />BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS <br />July 31, 1952 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building, Lexington an July 31, 1952. Chairman Locke, Messrs. <br />Ripley, Ballard, Redman, and Emery were present. The clerk was also <br />present. <br />Petitions were heard as follows: <br />August Schumacher - remove gravel from the area located at the junction <br />of the exington, L oln and Bedford boundaries, adjacent to the Bedford <br />Airport and Airport road as per map submitted. <br />John C. Gillon - to operate an auto tune-up and minor repair shop in a <br />two -car garage at t e rear of 363 Mass. Ave., subject to the following con- <br />ditions: 1. That no assistants be employed; 2. That there shall be no sales <br />of automobile accessories; 3. That the work shall be performed only between <br />the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturday <br />from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; 4.
