BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />July 10, 1952 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on July 105 1952. Present <br />were Chairman Locke, Messrs. Ripley, Ballard, Redman, and Emery. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />Petitions were heard as follows: <br />Fred E. Hersom, Jr. to erect a single family dwelling on Lot Nos. <br />1 and 2 in Block17;-7-restos Rd. <br />Fred E. Hersom, Jr. to erect a single family dwelling on Lot Nos. 41., <br />425 4J. and 44 in B oc 9, Blake Rd. <br />John J. Yosgandes - to erect a single family dwelling at 11 Carbille <br />Ave in accordance with plan submitted. <br />James P. Cassim - to convert the single family dwelling at 312 Bedford <br />St. inTo a two-famfV dwelling. <br />Countryside, Inc. - to erect a concrete block and brick veneer build- <br />ing forruunch-vroom and sale of groceries. <br />' Albert L. Goldman - t o erect a two-family dwelling at 87 Pleasant St. <br />subject o e c diti6n that the kitchen facilities be removed when the <br />parents of the petitioner had no longer use of the kitchen facilities, and <br />that the two family use shall cease when the property is no longer owned and <br />occupied by Albert L. Goldman. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held and the <br />following decisions reached: <br />Fred E. Hersom, Jr. - granted <br />Fred E. Hersom, Jr. - granted <br />John J. Yosgandes - granted <br />James P. Cassim - denied <br />Countryside, Inc. - granted <br />Albert L. Goldman - granted. <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />1 <br />
