179 <br />I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS <br />June 12, 1952 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on June 19, 1952. Messrs. <br />Locke, Lynah, Ripley, Ballard, and Worthen were present. The clerk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were opened on the following petitions: <br />Frank A. Napoli - to operate the existing roadside stand <br />situated on Marre Rd. until June 1, 1953 for the sale of only prod- <br />ucts of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the Town of <br />Lexington. <br />Kenneth M. Cox - to erect a single family dwelling at #36 North <br />St. which will e reset back 24,61, from North St. <br />Kenneth N. Ernst - to subdivide Lot F. Moreland Ave. in accordance <br />with plot plan su t ed. <br />Dr. Walter C. Boone - to maintain an office for the practice of <br />chiropody at his res ecce at #112 Bedford St. <br />' Doris I. Allen - to subdivide Lot A at #175 19, 21 North St. in <br />accordance wi• e plot plan submitted. <br />Charles E. Heath - to attach a porch 121 x 16, to the existing dwelling <br />at #70 Burlington St. in accordance with the plot plan submitted. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decision were made: <br />Frank A. Napoli - granted <br />Kenneth M. Cox - granted <br />Kenneth N. Ernst - granted <br />Dr. Walter C. Boone - denied <br />Doris I. Allen - granted <br />Charles E. Heath - granted <br />Muriel C.
