177 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' June 5, 1952 <br />The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on the fol- <br />lowing petitions on Tuesday, June 5, 1952: <br />Leeland Construction Co. - to combine Lot 1 and Lot #176 <br />Ledgelawn Ave. for the purpose of erecting a single family dwelling on <br />same. <br />Edward A. Cuetara - to erect a single family dwelling and garage <br />subject o the condit on that plywood be used between the plank floor- <br />ing and the cork tile, and the exterior walls be constructed of 3/8 Weltex. <br />Albert C. Brun - to erect a single family dwelling and garage on Lot #36 <br />Richar Road, wi a setback of 25 ft. <br />Albert W. Wills - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 33, 34 <br />and part of 3 n B ock 11 Nowers Road. <br />James A. Carrig - to make an addition 12 ft. x 24 ft. to the rear <br />of the present temporary building at the corner of Concord Ave. and <br />Pleasant St., subject to the condition that the word "Office" shall not <br />be painted on the back of the building, and that the use of the entire <br />' building shall cease on January 17, 1953. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held and the <br />following decisions reached: <br />Leeland Construction Co. - granted <br />Edward A.
