BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' March 20, 1952 <br />Public hearings were held on March 20, 1952 on the following <br />petitions: <br />Lloyd H. Miller - permission to maintain the roadside stand <br />locateTa 73 Concord Turnpike, submect to the following conditions: <br />1. That only products of the land of the owner of the stand that is <br />within the Town may be sold on the premises; 2. That the premises <br />shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition; 3. That this permit <br />shall expire April 1, 1953; 4. That there shall be no flood lighting <br />of the premises; 5. That the total area of signs employed shall not <br />be greater than 20 sq.ft.; 6. That provision shall be made on the <br />premises for the parking of automobiles. <br />E. L. Sharkey (Raytheon Mfg. Co.) - permission to least Lot #11, <br />16 Hazel Rd. - o- the Raytheon Mfg. Co. for the purpose of erecting one <br />tower, for mounting microwave transmitting equipment, in accordance <br />with the two plans submitted, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The permit shall expire one year from date, at the expiration of <br />which time the entire structure, including the fence, shall be removed.: <br />and the premises restored to their original condition; 2. That the <br />operation of this equipment shall in no way interfere with radio and <br />' television reception in the area; 3. That no motive power shall be <br />employed at the site. <br />Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which <br />the following decisions were reached: <br />Lloyd H.
