BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />March 7, 1952 <br />Public hearings were held on March 7, 1952 on the following <br />petitions: <br />John P. Buckley - permission to erect a single family dwell- <br />ing on Lot 5. Lowell St. <br />C. Courtney Comeau - permission to erect a single family dwell- <br />ing with garage underneath, on Lots 24, 25 and 26 in Block 23 Bert - <br />well Rd. <br />Mabel S. Lanman - permission to substitute laminated girders in <br />the bu duig eMg constructed at 924-926 Massachusetts Ave.,provided <br />that 1 x 8 fir board extending the entire length of each side of the <br />laminated girders be spiked to the girder, in a manner satisfactory <br />to the Building Inspector, and that the 8x8 laminated girder be <br />covered with wire lath and plaster. <br />Fulton Brown - permission to erect a display room, office and <br />storage building attached to the present building located at 7-9 <br />Muzzey St. <br />' Frank Grazulis - permission to erect a single family dwelling on <br />lots 1 , 12, 13, 17, and 15 in Block 17, Reed St., known as the <br />"Gunnison Home," in accordance with the plans submitted and subject <br />to the following conditions: 1. That the ceiling be wire lathed and <br />plastered as called for in the Lexington Building By-law. 2. That the <br />basement ceiling be wire lathed and plastered. 3. That the foundation <br />walls meet the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law. <br />Following the hearings the Board met in Executive Session during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />John P.
