153 <br />I <br />BQARi) OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 2.4, 1952 <br />Public Hearings were held on February 14, 1952 on the following <br />petitions: <br />MaeLand Inc.; _parmissio4_ta erect a single family dwelling on <br />Lots #dd an d9Homestead St. <br />William F. MeyerJr. - permission to erect a porch addition to <br />existing dwelling at J270oneord Ave. which will be set back 29 feet <br />from Concord Ave. <br />Ernest E. MacPhee - permission to subdivide the lot located at <br />#16 Kim -ball Rd. as aid out on plot plan submitted, and to erect a <br />single family dwelling by remodeling the existing barn on its present <br />foundation. <br />John Bieren - permission to subdivide lot B located at 324 Bed- <br />ford St. i -or a purpose of establishing a 36 foot right-of-way for <br />access to lot C in rear, and erect a single family dwelling on said <br />Lot C. <br />' Edwin B. Worthen Jr. - permission to erect a single car garage <br />at #3 exter Rd. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which <br />the following decisions were reached: <br />MacLand, Inc. - granted <br />William F. Meyer, Hr. - granted <br />Ernest E. MacPhee - granted. <br />John Bieren - denied <br />Edwin B. Worthen, Jr. - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />
