16 5 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 25, 1952 <br />Public hearings were held on January 25, 1952 on petitions of <br />the following: <br />Robert T. Sanford Jr. - permissim to erect a single car garage <br />and breezeway at #67 North St. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />James B. Catalano - permission to carry on retail business of selling <br />plants and flowers growing on the premises at 613 Waltham St. <br />Annie L. MacDougall - permission to erect a single family dwelling <br />with the privilege ol=ing not more than four roomers, on lots 12 and <br />13, block 5 Harding Road. <br />Howard A. Smith, D.A.M. - permission to establish a veterinary <br />clinic and hospJM for the care and treatment of animals at A7 Waltham <br />St. <br />Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which <br />the following decisions were made: <br />Robert T.
