445 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' November 29, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building,on Tuesday, November 29, 1951. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Martha & Carl Petterson - to erect a single car garage on Lot D, <br />Hill St. <br />Richard Dreselly - to erect an attached garage to the dwelling <br />at No. 62 Simonds Rd. <br />Shell Oil Co. - to erect pole hanging signs at the Filling <br />Station located at 1095 Mass. Ave. <br />Ernest DeVincent - to continue the operation of the roadside stand <br />at the corner of Pleasant St. and Concord Turnpike, Lexington <br />Annie L. MacDougall - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots <br />12 and 13 Harding Road which does not conform to the Lexington Zoning <br />By-law. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Martha & Carl Petterson - granted <br />Richard Dreselly - granted <br />Shell Oil Company - denied <br />Ernest DeVincent - granted, subject to the conditions as set <br />forth in the Permit Order <br />Annie L.
