443 <br />' November.15, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, November 15, 1951. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Dr. William L. Barnes - to maintain an office for the prac- <br />tice of medicine in his residence at 404 Bedford St. <br />Frederick A. Yochim - to erect a garage and breezeway at 34 <br />Woodcliffe Rd. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Nishan Haroian - to operate a roadside stand at No. 353 <br />Concord Ave. <br />Leeland G. McConchie - to erect a building of third-class con- <br />struction at No. 6 Camelia Place in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Evelyn M. Stocker - to occupy a trailer located at 35 Bartlett <br />Avenue. <br />Mr. and Mrs. John Woodard.- to erect a dormer on the rear <br />elevation of house at 73 Blake Rd. <br />' J. Bagelman - to erect a flat neon sign on the building at the <br />corner of Mass. Ave, and Hibbert St. extending 8-1/2 ft. around the <br />corner on Hibbert St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Dr. William L. Barnes - granted <br />Frederick A. Yochim - granted <br />Nishan Haroian - granted, subject to the conditions as set <br />forth in the Permit Order <br />Leeland G. McConchie - granted, subject to the following condi- <br />tions: (1) that only work usually connected with the operation of an <br />office should be carried on in the building; (2) that the equipment <br />should be stored only in the rear of the property; (3) that the build- <br />ing shall conform in every respect to the requirements of the Lexington <br />Building By-laws; (4) that the premises at all time shall be kept in a <br />neat and orderly condition. <br />Evelyn M.
