BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />October 25, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 25, 1951. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Alfred J. Braccini - to erect a one -car addition to the present <br />garage at 19 Garfield St. <br />Wilson Brothers - to operate a roadside stand adjacent to No. 6 <br />Pleasant'St. <br />Edwin S. Johnston - to erect a single family dwelling on lots <br />Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in Block 26 Preston Rd. <br />William H. Sullivan - to erect a single family dwelling on lots <br />17, 18 and 19 in Block 23 Dexter Rd. <br />William H. Sullivan - to erect a single family dwelling on part <br />of lot 30, lots 31 and 32 in Block 20 Bertwell Rd. <br />Wollrath & Sons, Inc. - to subdivide parcel of land numbered 62 <br />Reed St. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />' Wilda M. Ward - to continue the operation of the Nursery School <br />at 233 East St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Alfred J. Braccini - granted <br />Wilson Brothers - granted, subject to the conditions as set forth <br />in the Permit Order. <br />Edwin S. Johnston - granted <br />William H. Sullivan - granted <br />William H. Sullivan - granted <br />Wollrath & Sons, Inc. - granted, subject to the condition that <br />the area designated as Lot "C" shall have right to access to Reed St. <br />over the area marked Lot "A". <br />Wilda M. Ward - granted, subject to the conditions as set forth <br />in the Permit Order. <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel C.
