BOARD OF APEEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />October 18, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 18, 1951. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Parker E. Hallett - to erect a single family dwelling on a <br />portion of lots 44, 45, and 46 Gleason Rd. <br />Michael F. Shea - to subdivide lots 19 and 20 Westminster Ave. <br />in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Norman H. Royle - to build one additional room between the <br />present house and garage at 152 Simonds Rd. <br />K. J. Lowry - to erect a double-faced projecting sign at 286 <br />Lincoln St. <br />Albert F. Douglass - to continue the use of the building located <br />at the rear of No. 5 Muzzey St. for the purpose of preparing fluids for <br />hospital uses and other uses, for a period of one year to date. <br />John Brucchi - to remove loam and subsoil at 63 Paul Revere Rd. <br />' At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Parker E. Hallett - granted <br />-*7 -_v- <br />7 <br />- d. <br />Norman H. Royle - granted <br />K. J. Lowry - denied <br />Albert F. Douglass - granted.subject to the condition that the <br />premises would be always kept in a neat and orderly condition, and that <br />there would be no noise or obnoxious odors. <br />John Brucchi - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel C.
