BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />September 27, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 27, 1951. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Marie C. Maguire - to erect a single family dwelling at No. 242 <br />Wood St. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Daniel E. Davis - to erect an addition to the present garage <br />at 8 Plainfield St. in accordance with plans submitted. <br />Joseph S. Marshall - to erect a porch on front of building at <br />67 Woburn St. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />James P. Leavitt - to erect a single family dwelling at 221 <br />Woburn St. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Carl R. Benton - to erect a single family dwelling in accordance <br />with plans submitted, to be used as a veterinarian's professional <br />office and facilities thereto on land located at Mass. Ave. and Bed- <br />ford Airport Rd. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Marie C. Maguire - granted <br />Daniel E. Davis - granted <br />Joseph S. Marshall - granted <br />James P. Leavitt - granted <br />Carl R. Benton - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel C.
