BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />ISeptember 13, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 13, 1951. At <br />8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Dr. William Barnes - for permission to maintain office for the <br />practice of medicine at 1963 Massachusetts Ave. <br />Joseph E. Casey - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot No. <br />1 Valley Rd. <br />Joseph Silva - to erect a single family dwelling on land which <br />will not have a frontage on a street <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Dr. William Barnes - granted <br />Joseph E. Casey - granted <br />Joseph Silva - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the ab ove petitions is on <br />' file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel C.
