429 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />August 16, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, August 16, 1951. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Leon A. Burke - to subdivide a parcel of land at 231 Marrett <br />Rd. into two lots designated as Lot "A" and Lot "B" as per plot plan <br />submitted. <br />Irving L. Moore - to subdivide parcel of land at 258 East St. <br />creating lots "A" snd "B" as described in Permit Order. <br />Esther R. Barnes - to construct a garage on Lot B Sheridan St. <br />which will be set back not less than 20 ft. from Sheridan St. and <br />not less than 10 ft. from adjoining lot line. <br />Benjamin A. Simeone - to level the areas "A", "B" and "C" <br />as shown on the plot plan submitted and to remove material from the <br />premises. <br />Judith N. Pilkington - to subdivide Lot No. 6 in Block 7, Glea- <br />son Rd., the remaining lot to have an area of 15,340 sq.ft. and a <br />' frontage of 100 ft. and to permit the erection of a single family <br />dwelling and garage on the.said lot. <br />Elizabeth Dreselly - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots <br />Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 24 Simonds Rd. in accordance with plot <br />plan submitted. <br />At the else of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Leon A. Burke - granted <br />Irving L. Moore - granted <br />Esther R. Barnes - granted <br />Benjamin A. Simeone - denied <br />Judith N.
