1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 26, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 26, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Harold Michelson - to erect a screened porch 10' x 18' attached <br />to the present garage at 30 Harding Road. <br />Jan Leyenaar - to build an extension to present greenhouse at <br />30 Moreland.Ave. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Donald G. Crowell - to construct a mezzanine floor within the <br />present building at 177 Bedford Stl.with a floor load capacity which <br />does not comply with the Lexington Building.By-laws. <br />Francis L. Benoit - to erect a single family dwelling on lot <br />No.10 Morris St. <br />Henry J. Travers - to convert a brooder house into a garage on <br />Lot No. 16 Earle St. which will not have the required set back under <br />the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />' Anthony J..Frasca - to remove gravel bank, covering one acre more <br />or less, located at No. 987 Waltham St. and dispose of the soil, return- <br />ing topsoil to said area. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during whelt which the following decisions were reached: <br />Harold Michelson - granted <br />Jan Leyenaar - granted <br />Donald G. Crowell - denied <br />Francis L. Benoit - granted <br />Henry J. Travers - granted providing the building complies with <br />the Lexington Building By-laws. <br />Anthony J.
