425 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />July 12, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 12, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Eleanor H. Sullivan - to erect a single family house on Lot Nos. <br />294, 295 and 296 Baker Ave. in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Rrancis G. Campisi - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots <br />Nos. 227 to 230 Chase Ave, in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />Dr. Mary E. Perry - to maintain an office for the practice of <br />medicine at 107 Waltham St. <br />Architects Collaborative - to use the so-called platform framing <br />on houses to be erected at Five Fields (off Concord Avenue) on Lots <br />Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 31, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 44, 45, 46, 48, 50 and 51. <br />Elbert A. Fisher - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots No.s <br />58 and 59 Rangeway Rd. which will be set back approx. 14 ft. from the <br />street line. <br />' Anthony J. Ruggiero - to erect one (4) four -compartment steel <br />bin with weighing scales for batdhing sand and gravel at rear of Hinchey <br />Road on leased land of Lexington Sand and Gravel Co., adjacent to the <br />Boston & M aine Railroad tracks <br />James L. Grant - to erect a single car garage on Lot Nos. 13 and <br />14, Block 20, Dexter Road: <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Eleanor H. Sullivan - granted <br />Francis G. Campisi - granted <br />Dr. Mary E. Perry - granted <br />Architects Collaborative - granted <br />Albert A. Fisher - granted <br />Anthony J.
