BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />June 7, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, June 7, 1951. At.8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Lillian S. Pickering - to erect a side entrance at 3 Patriots <br />Drive in accordance with the plot plan submitted. <br />John P. Puopolo - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 21 <br />and 22, Block 2 Harding Road in accordance with the plot plan sub- <br />mitted. <br />John E. Powers - to erect a breezeway and garage attached to <br />the existing dwelling at 354 Bedford St. <br />Howard F. Hamacher - to construct an addition to the dwelling <br />at 104 Follen Rd. which will be set back not less than 25 feet from <br />the street line. <br />James Harrison - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 21 <br />Hillcrest St. which will be set back not less than 20 feet from the <br />street line. <br />' Joseph Monsigniore - to operate a meat and grocery store at <br />76 Laconia St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Lillian S. Pickering - granted <br />John P. Puo olo - ranted <br />anted <br />Howard F. Hamacher - granted <br />James Harrison - granted <br />Joseph Monsigniore - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel C.
