BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 24, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmenss <br />Room, Town Office Building, on tuesday, May 24, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:. <br />Jane H. Cuzner - to maintain and operate a Nursery -Kinder- <br />garten School at 173 Marrett Rd. <br />Fulton Brown - to erect a one-story addition to the premises <br />at 9 Muzzey St. <br />Wollrath & Sons, Inc. - to subdivide a parcel of land No. 60-62 <br />Reed St. in accordance with the plan submitted. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Jane H. Cuzner - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) the Permit shall expire June, 1952. (2) that not more than ten <br />pupils shall be accommodated. (3) that proper supervision of the child- <br />ren will be maintained at all times, both inside the building and in the <br />outside play areas. And also :oto maintain and operate a summer play - <br />school for 10 pupils between the ages of 3 and 5 for a period of five <br />weeks during 1951. <br />Fulton Brown - denied <br />Wollrath & Sons, Inc - granted, subject to the condition that the <br />area designated as Lot B shall have right of access over Lot A. <br />All pertinent material with regard tpo the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel C.
