BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />IMay 4, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, May 4, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Nicholas DeBonis - to erect a single family dwelling on unnumbered <br />lot on Winning Farm Lane. <br />Donald B. Banks - to build an addition to dwelling at 16 Brandon <br />Street. <br />Howard Hamacher - to build an addition to existing dwelling at 104 <br />Follen Road <br />Leeland H. Emery - to erect a garage at 6 Oakland St. <br />Jane H. Cuzner - to continue to operate a Nursery Kindergarten <br />School, and to also operate a summer playschool at 173 Marrett Rd. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Nicholas DeBonis - appeal withdrawn <br />Donald B. Banks - granted <br />Howard Hamacher - denied <br />Leland H. Emery - granted <br />Jane H.
