1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />April 26, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, April 26,'1951. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Robert L. Innis - to erect two signs on the roof of the <br />garage building at 9 Grant St., Lexington <br />Daniel P. O'Connor - to build an addition 27'6" x 22' to the <br />dwelling on lot No. 3, 49 Cedar St., Lexington <br />Nicholas DeBonis - to erect a 2 -car garage and porch connected <br />to existing dwelling on lots 8, 9 and 10, Blocks 3, No.76 Harding Rd. <br />Schoo.l Committee: - to erect a High School, with changes as <br />indicated on Plans Nos. 3, 4 and 6. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Robert L. Innis — denied <br />Daniel P. O'Connor - granted <br />Nicholas DeBonis - granted <br />School Committee - granted, subject to the condition that final <br />plans submitted shall be subject to the approval of the Department of <br />Public Safety. <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel Stone <br />Clerk <br />41 <br />
