409 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS:. <br />I <br />April 13, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, April 13, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Pleasant Associates - to level to grade of surrounding land, <br />hills on property known as The Wheeler Estate and to remove any excess <br />dirt, gravel, stone, earth or other material. <br />John Mancuso - to remove gravel bank located at 87 and 87-1/2 <br />Cary Avenue. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - to use the existing building at 703 Massa- <br />chusetts Avenue for the processing, warehousing and selling of fresh. <br />fruit and vegetables. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached:. <br />Pleasant Associates - denied <br />John Mancuso - granted subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) No loam shall be removed from the premises; (2) all boulders shall be <br />removed; (3) all existing loam shall be spread uniformly over the ex- <br />cavated area; (4) that the excavating and grading shall be completed <br />within a period of thirty days. <br />All pertinent material with regard to'the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Muriel Stone <br />Clerk <br />
