BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />407 <br />March 29, 1951 <br />1 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's'. <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, March 29, 1951. At 8:00 p.m <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />John Alden Clark - to erect a single -car attached garage at <br />114 Cedar Street the front corner of which would be located 19 feet <br />from Balfour St. <br />James A. Carrig - to subdivide lot 29.Concord Avenue into twoi <br />lots. <br />Lloyd H. Miller - to maintain the roadside stand at No.973 Con- <br />cord Turnpike for the purpose of selling poultry, eggs, fruit and <br />t <br />vegetables, s_4._ <br />Richard J. Dennis - to erect a single-family dwelling, and <br />also a two -car garage to be entered from Harding Road. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />John Alden Clark - granted <br />James A. Carrig - denied <br />Lloyd H. Miller - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that only poultry, eggs and products grown on the premises shall] <br />be sold; (2) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly '. <br />condition; (3) that there shall be no flood lighting of the premiseq; <br />(4) that the total area of signs employed shall not be greater than <br />20 sq.ft.; (5) provision shall be made on the premises for the parking <br />of automobiles; (6) that the permit shall expire April 1, 1952. <br />Richard J.
