1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />March 15, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'$ <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday March 15, 1951. At 8:00 p.mi <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Malcolm Hodge - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 3�2 <br />and 353 Taft Avenue, Lexington. <br />Quentin M. Maver - To erect a single-family dwelling on lots; <br />21 and 22 in Block 24, Eaton Road, Lexington <br />Church of Our Redeemer - to build an addition to the present' <br />building, in accordance with plans submitted. <br />Willard P. Grush'- to erect a 2 -car garage at 32 Colony Roadb <br />Lexington that would be set back not less than 7 ft. 6 ins. from the <br />southerly lot line. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Malcolm Hodge - granted <br />Quentin M. Maver - granted <br />Church of Our Redeemer - denied <br />Willard P.
