397 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />IJanuary 12, 1951 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'$ <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, January 12, 1951 At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Saul G. Cohen - to erect a single-family dwelling on Lot No., <br />17 Moon Hill Road, Lexington. <br />Macland Inc. - to erect 3 pre -fabricated dwellings on Lot <br />Nos. 10, 11 and 13, Bedford St. <br />John T. H. Powers, M.D. - to conduct an office for the practice <br />of medicine at No. 11 Harrington Rd. and to erect the usual small doc- <br />tor's sign. <br />Prof. John H. Judge - to operate a Nursery School at No. 11# <br />Concord Highway. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held d*r- <br />ing which the following decisions were made: <br />Saul G. Cohen - granted <br />Macland, Inc. - denied <br />' John T. H. Powers, M.D. - granted <br />Prof. John H. Judge - granted, subject to the following condi- <br />tions: (1) The Permit shall be effective only so long as Professor Judie <br />owns and occupies the premises; (2) that the School shall be conducted <br />only on the first floor of the building; (3) that the suggested standatds <br />for Child Care Centers be followed in all respects, including the condi- <br />tion that the building shall comply with all fire and safety regulations- <br />. <br />All pertinent material regarding above petitions is on file in <br />each individual folder. <br />i <br />Muriel C.
