BOARD OF APPEALS HEAFaNGS <br />' November 30,1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, November 30, 1950. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />James W. Conene - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 60 <br />Revolutionary 2 usang the so-called box frame construction which <br />would be standard construction of the Northern Homes, Inc. of Glens <br />Falls, N.Y. <br />Dr. L. H. Andreson - to erect a 2 -car garage on lot 67 Buckman i. <br />Dr. which would ve a ' setback from the side line. <br />Louise Larxl - to operate a Nursery School in her own home at <br />28 Hudson Road or six children, between the ages of 3 and 5. The <br />school would be operated from 9 to 12 noon, five days a week. <br />Warren Carver - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 3 <br />North St. in aeco =ante with plan submitted, which will not have the <br />side yard required by the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dura <br />' ing which the following decisions were made: <br />James W. Coveney - granted subject to the condition that in all; <br />other respects the construction would meet the requirements of the <br />Lexington Building By-law. <br />Dr. L. H. Andreson - granted <br />Louise Landy - granted subject to the following conditions; <br />1) that the children would be properly supervised at all times. 2) <br />that this permit shall expire on July 1, 1952• 3) that any permits <br />necessary shall be secured from the proper department of the Common- <br />wealth of Massachusetts. 4) that any play area shall be enclosed. <br />Warren Carver - granted <br />Muriel C.
