1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />November 16, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's i, <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, November 16, 1950. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Camillo A ollonio - to erect 2 greenhouses, one on lot 46 and <br />one on lot 47 Kendall. <br />Albert E. Gilman - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 41 <br />Wilson Rd. using t e so-called box frame construction. <br />Paul Alibrandi - to erect a single family dwelling, using the <br />so -calla oxme construction, on Lot C 1, 565 Lowell St. <br />Russell D. Hulbert - to erect a single family dwelling, using <br />the box frame construct on, on lot 10 Burlington St. <br />William T. Gill - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 110: <br />Fair Oacs erraw ce=e frontage of which would not comply with the L <br />ington Zoning By-law. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive sessicn was held duro- <br />ing which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Camillo Apollonio - granted <br />Albert E. Gilman - granted with the condition that in all other <br />respects the construction would conform to the requirements of the <br />Lexington Building By-law <br />Paul Alibrandi - granted, subject to the condition that in all <br />other respects the building will conform to the requirements of the <br />Lexington Building Byelaw. <br />Russell D. Hulbert - granted subject to the condition that in <br />all other respects the construction would conform to the requirements. <br />of the Lexington Building By-law. <br />William T. Gill - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />
