VBOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />October 26, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 26, 1950. At 8:00 p.1n <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Dorotby S. Kozman - to operate a Day School for six children <br />between The of 3 and 6 in her own home at 40 Normandy Rd. Peti- <br />tioner would take the children of working mothers between the hours off <br />8:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon, 5 days a week and thatI <br />she would have an assistant. <br />Chester W. and Ada H. Johnson - to erect a single family dwellr- <br />ing on a parcel of land off B or St. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - to build an addition 16' x 24', at the rea* <br />of the present refrigeration room at 703 Mass. Ave. <br />Roger A. Petrie - to erect a single car garage at 2 Grove St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dura <br />ing which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Dorothy S. Kozman - granted with the following conditions: <br />' that the children shall be supervised at all times, that the Permit <br />shall expire November 1, 1951, that any necessary permits from the Cott <br />mmmealth of Mass. shall be obtained. <br />Chester W. and Ada H. Johnson - granted <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - granted <br />Roger A. Petrie - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />1 <br />:-3 91 <br />
