BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />mOctober 5. 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'sj <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 5, 1950. At 8:00 PAA. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Ernest DeVincent - to continue the operation of roadside stand <br />at the corner of Peasant St. and Concord Turnpike for a period of <br />one year to date. <br />Stewart C. Langille - to construct a three-foot extension on <br />the rear of present garage at 38 Bat St. which would not have the red <br />quired side yard. <br />Albert F. Douglass - to use the building located at the rear pf <br />#5 Muzsey St. forthe purpose of preparing fluids for hospital uses <br />and other uses, for a period of one year to date. <br />Wilda M. Ward - to operate a Nursery Group of 10 children at <br />233 Eastsit. for a period of one year to date. <br />Johnstone Fitzgerald - to erect a 2 -car garage at 210 Grove Sf. <br />' for the purpose of storing the lumber and materials for building his <br />house, which he hoped to construct in 1951. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dut- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Bonest DeVincent - granted with the following conditions: th$t <br />the stand always be kept in a neat and orderly condition for the said <br />of only the products of the land of the owner that is within the Towa. <br />Stewart C. Langille - granted <br />Albert F. Douglass - granted <br />Wilda M. Ward - granted with the following provisions: that . <br />the premises are kept in a neat and orderly condition at all times, <br />and provided that the petitioner erects an enclosed play yardfor the <br />children, with a further condition that the hearing unit be enclosed <br />by fire resistant construction and entirely separated from the area io <br />be used for this Nursery Group <br />Johnstone Fitzgerald denied <br />Muriel C.
