BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 21, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 21, 1950. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Wa.lter'Elander - to erect a single-family dwelling on Lot #5, <br />Briggs Rd. witE a si a yard of 13.3 ft. from the easterly lot line <br />Florence Mancuso - to subdivide lot 222 into three divisions, <br />in accordance with p n submitted. <br />F. B. Hubl - to store furniture in barn located on lot 222 <br />Donald K. Irwin - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 5 <br />Lowell St. which wou not have the required frontage. <br />Ralph S. Carvill - tk combine half of lot #30, lots 31 and 32, <br />Block 2 , Bertwell 07to make a building lot with a frontage of 75 <br />ft. and an area of approx. 7,500. <br />' James A. Graziano - to erect a single family dwelling on lots <br />340-341, 50 Paulevere Rd. which will be set back 14 ft. from Asbus7i <br />St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur4 <br />ing which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Walter Elander - granted <br />Florence Mancuso —denied <br />F.
