BOARD OF APPFALS HEARINGS <br />September lh.. 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 14, 1950. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Daniel Curtin - to use the entire building at 442 Marrett Rd. <br />for business.Tet tioner stated that a portion of this building had; <br />been used for business purposes since 1924 and he now wished to use <br />the entire building for the retail sale of toys. No alterations woup.d <br />be made to the building at this time and there would be no manufactur- <br />ing on the premises. <br />Donald B. Linda a - to erect a single -car garage on Lot C 47 <br />Wood St. which would alocated'10 ft. from the southerly.lot line. <br />W. E. Cole - to erect a garage on lot #15, 6 Sherman St., thej <br />corner neares erman St. being log ft. <br />Doris A. MacNeil - to subdivide lot 216 Shade St., the purpos <br />being to a a o of 216 to lot 215 making a new lot with a froa*- <br />age of -75 ft. on Shade St. <br />'Arthur C. Weiss - to subdivide lot 216 Shade St. and to combine <br />it with• ,, s• t the new 1•t will have a frontage on Shade Slt. <br />of 75 ft. <br />Thomas F.
