375 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARNGS <br />' August 10, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's j <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, August 10, 1950. At 8;00 a.m <br />hearings were declared open on the following petitions; <br />Henning W. Swenson - to sell fill from land located at 210 <br />Marrett Rd., said fill to be used in the construction of Rte. 128. <br />E. J. Diosy - to subdivide lot 145 Outlook Dr. for the purpose <br />of erec a s ogle -family dwelling on lot 144 and half of lot 115, <br />in accordance with plot plan submitted. <br />James A. Graziano - to erect a single-family dwelling on lots; <br />329 and , au Revere Rd. which would not have the necessary set <br />back from Harbell St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: j <br />i <br />Henning W.
