BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 27, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 27, 1950. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />John & Florence Mancuso - to use the barn located at 87 Cary <br />Ave. as a poultry Eo-u-s-e-fo-r-ItEe purpose of raising and marketing poultkry <br />products, said premises consisting of 7 acres of land more or less. <br />Della Allen - to erect a so-called "Gunnison Home" on lot at 34 <br />Lowell S ., ie construction of which does not conform to the require <br />ments of the Lexington Building By-law. <br />James T. Fran�lis - to erect a so-called "Gunnison Hoare" on loll <br />at 33 Lawe1 .tFie construction of which does not conform to the <br />requirements of the Lexington Building By-law. <br />John & Florence Mancuso - denied <br />Della Allen - denied <br />James T.
